Frequently Asked Questions
How should I prepare for my first visit?
Once you book an appointment, you will receive a new client package via email. Fill out these forms and return them via email within 48 hours of your first visit. This is to streamline the process so that more time can be given to your concerns. On the day of your appointment, just find a quiet place to relax, turn on your computer and open up your private Zoom link to meet with Dr. Candace for your tele-health appointment.
What should I expect from my first session?
You should expect to be heard. Often, patients are interrupted by their doctors so that the appointment goes by quicker. This won't be the case with Dr. Candace. Feel free to share as much information as necessary about your concern because this helps give a whole picture of what you truly need! You should also expect to learn more about what's going on with your body because Dr. Candace is a firm believer in educating you about your own health. After you have shared your concerns, you will receive individualized recommendations for your concerns which will also be emailed to you.
What insurance do you take?
